The BL Section, commonly referred to as the Woodlands, is bordered by Palm Coast Parkway, Old Kings Rd, Colbert Lane, and Graham Swamp. This section is located within close proximity of the Palm Coast Daytona State College Campus. The B section is located within the Indian Trails portion of Palm Coast. This section is just west of I95, and north of Palm Coast Parkway. Directly south of the B section on Palm Coast Parkway, you will find a new hospital (AdventHealth) that just opened in 2023. Centrally located in Palm Coast, the P section is positioned in-between the Palm Coast Parkway and SR100 / Flagler Beach exits of I95.  This location provides residents of this section the ability to shop at a variety of stores and access many restaurants located off of both exits. This section is also next to Town Center, where the movie theater and additional shopping such as Publix is located. It is bordered by Royal Palms Parkway, I95, Belle Terre Parkway, and it just south of Cypress Point Parkway & Cypress Edge Drive (Walmart, Lowes, Zaxby's, City Marketplace, Winn-Dixie, Carrabba's, Belk Outlet etc. are in this area). The R Section is located between the W and E Sections in Palm Coast, Florida. Located within this section is Rymfire Elementary School. The K Section is Southwest of the Z Section. It is located just off of Belle Terre Parkway, and US1., and also bordered by vacant land that has not been developed. This section has numerous large ponds, and a freshwater canal system connecting them. There are a lot of waterfront (freshwater) homes in this small section.
